Multiple tech tree with different coins

Civilization 5 have governments tree. To buy new government you will pay with culture points. Freeciv should introduce many techtree to allow mods makers emulate civilization 5 features.

Maybe I don't make myselfes clear.
I would see in game many kind of points and many kind of tech tress. This would allow freeciv developers to simulate civilization 5 culture points and governments.

I must admit that this is already implemented in Civilization 6. It's at minimum second my idea implemented in Civilization. I'm so proud.
