There's already code freeze for the 3.0.0 release ongoing, so unless a critical issue gets found, this is built from what already is the 3.0.0 code. Only documentation and translation updates, and things like setting the final version number, are expected after this. Version number in this build actually has "RC" label in it, no longer "beta3+", unlike the directory it has been placed to would indicate.
Proper 3.0.0-RC1 source code release should come out on Friday, but it's not yet certain how soon Windows installers built from it will be available (coming weekend might be mostly over before you can start testing those)

This is first snapshot build from my new Windows build machine, with Win11. This should make no difference on produced installers (they should still run on all the same systems as before), but bugs that something "leaks" from the build environment to the produced binary are always possible.
