I have a problem. I'm not sure if this is in right place but here it goes:

When I play single player and reach first place at technology my borders start expand by themselves taking neighbours ground and surrounding their cities. I checked rules for some setting for that, there was one about borders but it didn't help. Is there anything I can do?

I think the way the borders grow is related to the size of the cities. To change it, you should modify the ruleset, as it isn't a game setting.

That would explain a lot. I prefer largepoxing and my cities are often 20-30 sized.

Ok, I usually play single player, or only with my brother against a horde of AIs.
