Changelog - Version 2.0.3

- Bug fix: Now official constructed search units can now display the full report.
- It now supports rulesets containing terrain types that have no attached resources.
- Cache builder for exporter resources supports null values.
- Report now supports possible null value in get_all_info_cities function.
- Resource labels now support possible null value.
