Hi everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with different Freeciv rulesets, and I noticed that many modpacks make the late-game either too easy or overly punishing. I’m looking to create a balanced modpack that keeps mid-game challenges meaningful while making late-game expansion and diplomacy engaging without breaking the economy or combat.
Has anyone tried combining custom tech trees with modified unit costs or alternative government systems to achieve this balance? Granny Game I’d love to hear your experiences, suggestions, or even partial modpacks that could serve as inspiration.
