Middle mouse button not working only on Freeciv

So, here's me discovering that the probolem isn't the mouse in itself. For quite a while I was certain that midclick simply isn't working. And just today I discovered that it isn't working on Freeciv clients (all versions), but is working on everything else (browsers includeed).

The issue is not critical, but you guys may want to look into it, it's more of a mystery than a problem.

What mouse model? My first guess would be that you have some weird mouse button numbering scheme there. Likely all freeciv clients care just about buttons 1, 2, and 3. (whatever symbolic names in the widget set they have). But maybe your "middle" button is the button number 4.
Oh, there's also the freeciv usability weirdness - in case you're not aware, most clients have it "keep the middle mouse down", not just "click" - similar to how gtk-clients show extra information about city dialog fields as long you have the left button pressed down.

Just to let everyone know, setting it up in the client Shortcut Options did the trick.

Nothing to see here, move along. Just some n00000000b making an idiot out of himself.
