Alphabetic order
Alphabetic order
Please order the cities menu in alphabetic order to make it less messy and easier to manage.
Re: Alphabetic order
In gtk-clients at least, just click the "Name" column header.
Re: Alphabetic order
Alternate clicks to alternate ascending/descending. Applies to all columns so it can be useful for all manner of purposes.
Re: Alphabetic order
Sadly, sorting the list doesn't change the order used by the Next city/Prev city buttons in the city view. Can't e.g. sort the list for all cities in disorder/other interesting thing, open the first and then run through them all by just clicking Next.
Re: Alphabetic order
It would be awesome to have prev/next button related with city window sorting.
For example you may sort cities according do food production or disorder, and clean them up one by one - one click instead of 3.
Another issue with city list: if cities are selected (for example all having certain improvement) and one city is chosen, all selection is gone,
you need to do it again, which is very tedious. Is it possible to keep city list selection after opening city dialog?

Re: Alphabetic order
Not quite as good but you can select all those of interest (e.g. disorder) and then hit "Inspect". If you move the cursor while the CDB's are opening they will be spread around so you you select or defer as you please.ilkkachu wrote:Sadly, sorting the list doesn't change the order used by the Next city/Prev city buttons in the city view.
