Enhance United Nations as a World Wonder

What would you like to see in Freeciv? Do you have a good idea what should be improved or how?

I have had situations where the absolutely AI refuses to stop attacking. This has been frustrating.

Based on how the United Nations is supposed to work, if one has the United Nations it should be possible to "force" a cease fire for a random number of turns. Maybe even peace. Especially if one has the Eiffel Tower.

Also, Marco Polo's Embassy expires with Communism. If one has the United Nations (an international body), they should be able to get an embassy in every country.

Yes, it was already suggested as a one-turn bonus for Great Wall (as it works in CivII). Some developer once likely said he'll think about it.

Civ I as well. So that makes it two reasons for some developer to think about it.
