Q: Migrants and settlers add to city max size 8

Settlers and migrants can add to city only if the city is smaller than 8. Does anyone know if this "8" is defined in the code or in the ruleset?

Check cities.ruleset/parameters/add_to_size_limit

Thanks. Coldnt' find it in effects.ruleset, yes, completely illogical for a city thing to be in the cities.ruleset apparently... Sorry
