Westeros now a playable nation

As a follow-up to my previous post, and thanks to the feedback, I completed the pack for the fictional nation of Westeros, inspired of course by the Game of Thrones TV series.

I liked the seven-pointed star, so I kept it. Scaled down to the required dimensions, it does not look like much, though. Some imagination needed.

How to use ?

* create the following directory : ~/.freeciv/2.5/
* and the following directories under it : nation, misc, flags, default
* put westeros.ruleset in nation/
* put westeros(-shield)(-large).png in flags/
* copy /usr/share/games/freeciv/default/nationlist.ruleset to your default/
* add

Code: Select all

include "nation/westeros.ruleset"
at the end of it
* copy the four files /usr/share/games/freeciv/misc/(flags|shield)(-large).spec to your newly created ~/.freeciv/2.5/misc and edit them to append references to the aformentioned westeros(-shield)(-large).png
* play !

Nice! I love it!

Minor nitpick: "Braavos" is spelt with two "a".

Heh, would probably be more useful to make Westeros 7-8 different kingdoms, along with the ones across the sea. :P
