This thread is about builds from the current freeciv trunk, and later from S3_0 when it gets branched.cazfi wrote:I make Windows builds from freeciv development snapshots. These are not like the official Windows builds! I'm doing my builds as cross-compilations on my Linux machine. The various dlls that freeciv requires are built in my crosser project. There's no installer, but using these builds takes somewhat tech-savvy Windows user. Instructions to install and use these builds can be found from crosser wiki page.
Latest build is from freeciv trunk r33311 and uses crosser-1.0:

Notable thing about this build is that for the first time I've enabled 'threaded' AI module in any kind of Windows build. The default AI module is classic, but one can use '/create' server command with second parameter to indicate that 'threaded' AI should be used for the created player.
Code: Select all
