This thread is about builds from the current freeciv trunk, and later from S3_0 when it gets branched.
Latest build is from freeciv trunk r33311 and uses crosser-1.0:

Notable thing about this build is that for the first time I've enabled 'threaded' AI module in any kind of Windows build. The default AI module is classic, but one can use '/create' server command with second parameter to indicate that 'threaded' AI should be used for the created player.
