freeciv web: PW reset failed

Hi there,

love the freeciv web play by email function.
Unluckily, my friend forgot his PW and I am writing on behalf of him (for other reasons). He tried to use the PW reset function, however, it doesnt seem to work and returns "Error, password was not reset!".

Is there any way for an admin to reset the PW manually, it would be great if someone could help us out here!
In case this is possible, I can pm you the account details.

If you message me privately there, or better--if he does it-- then we can reset it.
