Play by email problem!

You can get help here if Freeciv doesn't start on your computer, or if you keep getting fatal errors while playing etc.

Play by email problem!

Hi! First of all, thank you for this wonderful game you have all made. I´ve discovered like a month ago and i´ve started an email play with a friend.

The problem is that after I´ve finished my turn (number 18) my friend didn´t receive the email with the link for his turn. I´ve just receive the email with the reminder that this is my turn to play but when I click on the link the email has the web says ""This Play-By-Email turn has already been played and can't be played again. Sorry!""

Thanks for reporting this. It seems to be a bug.

Could you please clear your browser cache, then click on the link again, and play your turn?

I will try to fix this bug.

It Worked!!

Thank you very much, That was close!

At the end I didn´t have to clear cache, i just try it in the incognito mode.

I have to admit it was because of my clumsiness. I was playing my turn when i have to leave the computer and it went suspended. So.. it was my fault.. from a certain point of view :| :|

Nevertheless it is all solved. Thanks again :)
