freecivweb.org keeping AGPL source code private

Post by wieder »

Let's keep this short. Again.

It's been more than a week since I requested the AGPL licensed source code for freecivweb.org on this thread.

http://forum.freeciv.org/f/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=91991

That site operates under AGPL license and the operator of the site has replied on the thread. This means they have definitely received the request.

The operators of the site didn't release the source code. Instead there has been irrelevant (to my request) comments about other sites and other stuff. I'm not running any public web sites with Freeciv-web code. I have been requesting the source code and I have been able to interact with the AGPL licensed software. Multiple other people have made the same request and the AGPL licensed source code remains hidden.

It is AGPL violation not to publish the source code when it's requested by someone able to use the software.

Where can I get the AGPL licenced source code used by freecivweb.org?
