It is darkly deceptive what you do.
You hide your source code while claiming compliance but it's a game of watch my hands, here it is , there it goes, who asked for it

You attempt to use the code of others while blatantly non-cooperative with them, as your right from God, while not sharing your modifications.

For everyone else, the holder of the cards prefers not to go this way in public, the loser tries to win from public whining.

It's very simple to everyone. The Freeciv Server is GPL open source. The FCW client is AGPL. FCW is the licensor of it in the good faith we all share it together for win/win. We do not let you as a licensee take it, modify it, hide what you modify, disobey AGPL, and parasite off the creators in this , how to say it "I want everything you do but won't share mine". We are legally protected and will remain absolutely compliant to all good faith actors.

End of story, except to say, sorry to everyone that there are some bad faith actors in freeciv, we have long said we need a commonsense code to enforce in this community.

Lexxie you are also a licensee. TnT and LT.net's code is available. Yours is not. You aren't even releasing graphics upon request which have no security risk and are also subject to licensing.

Your co-admin just retired, said freecivweb.org is in violation and should release it.

Wake up, Lexxie. The canary in the coal mine is dead. Yet still you dig on. Stop digging. Make peace.

Freecivweb.org is currently violating the AGPL license, by not publishing the source code in accordance with the AGPL license. The outcome I would like, is that Freecivweb.org begins publishing the source code again, on GitHub or a similar service.

tacticsandtriumph.com doesn't publish the source code in a good way either, as far as I can see now, so I will have to look into if that service is violating the AGPL license also. Where is the public source code for this project?

It is not done in the best way, I admit. We are working towards an operational github repo and in the next update will have a link at the head of the site.

Please remember TnT is only half-way through it's 1st game. That's how new it is. I was having to learn and deal with so much. The code from FCW's would not work as it was from the repo when I downloaded it. I had to figure out the DNS, google auth, nginx, docker, ruleset errors/omissions left out by FCW, https certification and more. While doing all this, I also tried to set up a github but frankly, I messed it up. That is why currently, temporarily, I am releasing Freeciv TnT's code via uDrop while we retry setting up a github properly.

Part of the issue is because FCW's repo had some incomplete/broken code. This created extra confusion for me, new to developing and contributing and lead to some issues in uploading the new now divergent code.

I believe in a matter of weeks I will have a proper github repo up and running. If you would like to assist, please let me know.

Longturn.net doesn't use Freeciv-web code.

We have our source in a public repo and available to everyone. Keeping open source open and available works best for all mankind.

Well, this udrop spurce code "dump" doesn't look like a good faith official publication of the source code. It looks like something you created just for the purpose of this particular license discussion. It's very easy to publish the source code of Freeciv-web on GitHub. tacticsandtriumph.com doesn't have a proper source code repository, and certainly doesn't link to source code from it's website.

At the moment, I don't think Canikciv is in compliance with the AGPL open source license.

Just added a link on the header. Check https://www.tacticsandtriumph.com again.

This makes TnT technically compliant. Yet we will soon have it up on github as well. Again, TnT is a young site just started. If you or anyone else here would like to assist in this, please message me.
