Tartary Nova - New Fork

I am Andreas, another Andreas. Call Me Andreas 2000.
We are greatly impressed with Freeciv. We are forking it for our own project. We will be willing to host the cloud version essentially the same but with the addition of the Empire of Tartaria. Please visit http://tartarynova.com to get acquainted with our project, essentially we are fundamentally pro Free Libre. If the wildebeest and the penguin were from an ancient origin and culture it would be Tartaria. Tartaria has steam punk technology and a cool flag and a song by the pokemon guy. It's pretty awesome.
