Research visibility?

Post by Corbeau »

In current LongTurn I'm not able to see the whole tech tree. Also, is there any way to see how many bulbs per turn I am getting without having to go to city screen and adding up?

You can see your last research speed in the demographics report, but seeing the current one would be great as well. And the tech tree is not only cut off at the right end (which is bad), but also at the bottom (which is annoying).
Also, at some points in the tech tree, the boxes for two techs overlap (in my case Physics overlapping Monotheism, Democracy overlapping Chemistry and Explosives overlapping Atomic Theory).

I had a glimpse of the bottom screen bar (the one moving image left-right), even managed to check further to the righ, but then it was gone.

Do you have some more information about how to reproduce this problem?

You mean everything looks right at your end?

Don't know. I'm running FF48, when I enter the game and enter Tech screen, there is no bottom (left-right) slider. That's about it. The right (up-down) slider is there.

Full screen on/off makes no difference.

I'll try opening other games and switching browsers.

I have added a change so that you can right-click to move the tech tree. It is also possible to move the tech-tree by middle-clicking and moving the mouse. I recommend using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.
