That middle clicking a city always says it is unoccupied is a bug. (I have reported it)
Hint: L - load the unit on the ship located in the same city. (I haven't verified that it exists in Freeciv-web)
Hint: Press escape to cancel a goto
Hint: You can trade with enemies (as long as the enemy don't kill your Freight). Last time I checked the AI would only send Caravans/Freights to its allies.
You can't airlift boats, missiles or plains (in the fcweb ruleset and in the webperimental ruleset).

I assumed as much, that's the same in Civ2
Hint: pressing "a" automates a worker. The worker will prioritize to clean up pollution and fallout. Warning: Automating a Settler can cause it to found a new city.

Hint: Field units cause unhappiness no matter if they are inside your borders or not. Field units: Bomber, Helicopter, Stealth Bomber, Cruise Missile and Nuclear.
Question: Why do you build granaries in cities above size 2? You are a Democracy. You can grow cities from size 3 and up by making them celebrate. (Given that enough food is produced)
Hint: Guaima is on another island. That means 2x trade revenue with South America. The distance may be a bit small. Since your cities will grow it is still worth it IMHO. (You can always replace the trade route with something better later)
