A new strategy guide for Freeciv is up. It's specifically intended for Freeciv-web and the MP-rulesets. It's intended for newcomers and beginners, but even more advanced players might find it interesting. It's unlikely that experts will find much if any use of it. Yet, we encourage experts to have a look at it and give feedback.
The guide is a work in progress, and currently it covers the start until a new government is researched. The goal is it to have it cover the whole game soon.
