quick start long turn one hour a day for a week

A turn a day is the best way to play civ multi , but starting a game is so slow. 2months maybe. Thats why idlers. The solution is indeed one hour a day , but only on the start , untill turn 30 or even 60. After that point , turns are too long and a turn a day is enough. So we need 10 or 20 players available one hour every day at same time during a week (or 2weekends) for a quick start , and then , one turn a day. So , what time and date

sunday game , that seems obvious , but never thought of it. So one hour or two next sunday with 5 to 10 players for a little start and then play a turn a day

Do you have a server and are actually inviting people to your game or this is just a general proposal to see how many people are interested?

Just ideas to make civ multiplayable (without an awfully slow start nor too much idler)
i have played multy only on playfreeciv.org
And i don't know how metafreeciv.org works
