Hello from new player.

It's 5am again and you are still sitting in front of your computer and chatting with some tv's while watching a bloody duel? Welcome friend :)

I will admit i am terrible at this game. I have a question though: What does luxury tax do?

Welcome to the community!

Luxury makes people happier. In the default (classic) ruleset, for every 2 Luxury points a city produces, one unhappy citizen becomes content or one content citizen gets happy. If there are too many unhappy citizens in a city, there'll be a riot and the city will stop producing goods.

Hello all,
I just join the forum.
I would like to participate in the game improvment and particularly in the AI improvement. As I start from scratch I know it is gonna be a long road !
Happy to be in board.
