If you sentry one of your units that isn't at full health, and it regenerates to full health at the end of your turn, it will be selected immediately at the end of your turn. As for the game lagging on turn change, there are two possibilities: Firstly, if you have multiple AI players and the game is at a later stage, their turns may take a lot of time. Secondly, if you have some of your cities managed by a citizen governor, those will update at the beginning of your turn, which might take some time.

Oddly, it will let me move other units, but when I go back to the worker, I'm back to be hung up again.
Unmovable unit
