REALLY stupid n00b question

Hi, take a look at this: according to the icons, the city should have 3 production points, but I have 5. Why is that?

I guess this is the 75% production bonus of despotism, carry on ...

If you are using one of the gtk-clients, keeping left mouse button pressed over the number showing the production will show tooltip that lists where the production comes from.
