2.4.3, I have a question that the army needs maintaining cost or not, I found the economy adviser window there only lies the cost for building; Does the every army needs one dollar per turn?

The answer depends on the rules you play with. You can see how many an unit costs using the help window (Help > Units). Expand the tree on the left and select the unit you want to know about.
Your government, buildings and wonders can also change the cost of units (this will not be reflected in the unit help page).
