I play with 2.4.3 and I find at the help window, there is only the cost and maintain fee about a building, but no detials of the building function. I play with the simplified Chinese version, and if you need somebody to translate it, I will be glad to do. Thanks.

If you are were I think you are there is supposed to be a description there too. Could you provide a screenshot?

See bug #21038. It should be fixed in upcoming 2.4.4 release.

Dear Cazfi: You might mean 2.5.0 and when the 2.5.0 beta 2 is availbale? Further when is the official version of 2.5.0?

2.4.4 will be released in a couple of weeks, current estimate for 2.5.0 is February. The fix should be already in 2.5.0-beta2 windows builds, once they become available.
