I've made a build with the patch from the bug ticket. Can you test if it helps: http://files.freeciv.org/packages/windo ... ross/test/
Arrows are still not visible in the new build.

There a still no icons (see attachment).

For this problem
"1. clicking on citizens in city screen does not change the specialist graphics. Output does change as expected, but the graphics show always normal workers."
I found that the citizen icon graphic (at the top) are updated when I click on another window and than again on the city screen.

Do the icons work on msys2 based builds?

Help menu icons issue: I had an opportunity to test on Windows a bit myself. installer_cross is built on top of crosser-based freeciv build - it justs installs such a build and necessary parts from crosser environment. The help menu icons are there when tested with full crosser environment (not using the installer at all), so the problem is probably just that some necessary file from the crosser environment is not included to the installer package.

I tested
Freeciv-2.93.99-alpha+r35254-msys2-win64-gtk3.22-setup.exe

This has the same problems as other builds.

Now that we have version control repository online again, also the nightly build of installer_cross builds has been revived.

Fix to this has been pushed today, so it should be ok in next nightly.

installer_cross updated to use crosser-1.3, effective from next nightly.
For list of component versions in crosser-1.3, see http://cazfi.net/crosser/
