Bit of a mess with 3.22 2.93.99. Quite a few issues of varying levels of severity. Haven't checked the 64 bits yet.

2.93.99 bb2aabdafd Win32
GTK3.22/QT issue: mgwhelp.dll missing error on client & internal server startup. No apparent effect.
GTK3.22 issue: constant libcroco-0.6-3.dll missing errors, similar to previous non-fatal, but persistent errors with librsvg-2-2.dll
QT issue: many Invalid string conversion from UTF-8 to CP1252 Illegal byte sequence. errors on client start [still? I think]

QT issue: many Invalid string conversion from UTF-8 to CP1252 Illegal byte sequence. errors on internal server start. (up to a minute straight of them; occurs again when switching tilesets)[Still, I believe, and again]
QT UI issue: Combat popup doesn't clear when it vanishes, causing old combats to pop back up and clutter. It's also kinda obnoxiously large.
QT issue: Game broke both games I played a ways into the early AD. These were the additional errors that popped up:
