It's been about 15 months since 2.5.11 was released, all that time without new Windows builds from S2_5. I now made a snapshot build from S2_5 12-Jun-19 sources (2.5.11+-190612), commit '0b7275825d'. It's available from http://files.freeciv.org/packages/windo ... snapshots/

In preparation to upcoming 2.5.12 release, new Windows test build has been made from S2_5. This is very close to what final 2.5.12 will be (possibly the only differences are that the version number will be bumped for 2.5.12 release and ChangeLog will be refreshed)

Just two weeks has passed since 2.6.1 was released, but there has already been several fixes affecting msys1, including a new build environment version.

A new msys1 environment has been taken to use again, and 2.6.2 release is approaching. Time for a new test build.
