So, today I was playing a new game with the experimental ruleset, Freeciv 2.4.2, six players, in teams of 2. All other players were AI, and though team pooled research was active, my team partner wasn't that good. At one point I saw that the research he brought was negative. "Probably because of tech upkeep" I thought, and since my science output was very big, it didn't bother me. However, some turns later, I saw this: Science isn't actually boosted, it's just displayed that way. My guess is that the game somehow confused signed and unsigned numbers.
