Stats before:

freeciv: 90%: 5658 translated, 270 fuzzy, 365 untranslated.
nations: 94%: 1730 translated, 13 fuzzy, 101 untranslated.

Stats now (after msgmerge):

freeciv: 94%: 5892 translated, 135 fuzzy, 266 untranslated.
nations: 95.4%: 1759 translated, 10 fuzzy, 75 untranslated.

One thing I noticed while skimming:

You've removed the fuzzy maker, but the translation still refers to the nonexistent file README.cma rather than README.governor.
