Electricity makes the Great Library obsolete and this is annoying because the Great Library allows you to focus on more advance tech when other civilizations research more basic things and you still get all.
I suggest create the wonder Internet because in real life electricity didn't make libraries useless only digitize it. It should works like Theology than makes Oracle obsolete but make room to create J S Bach Cathedral that have the same benefit but it is a lot powerful. Oracle makes two of your unhappy citizens content in every city with a temple, and J S Bach Cathedral makes two unhappy citizens content in every city. In the same way Internet should be more powerful than the Great Library, it should give you all technologies that 2 players have but should too half all research costs make the research 2 times faster and cheaper (like Internet in real life).
It's disgraceful that Electricity makes the Great Library obsolete because in real life when electricity was discovered it didn't suddenly burn all libraries.
PS: I noticed that there a technology called computers and it would be anachronic to have the wonder internet before the tech computer so please create the wonder internet for future versions of freeciv but don't let electricity make the great library obsolete, let computers make the great library obsolete but at the same time enabling create a more powerful wonder.
