A couple new Qt feature, well, UI change, requests:

Left align these to make them more visible: Give full info for improvements/wonders in the build queue and sell list too, not just in the build selection table.

Another issue: The Tax Rate and Choose Your Strategy boxes appear under your mouse. Unfortunately, my mouse is very often down in the corner on the Turn Done button. It would be better if they appeared in the middle of the screen.

Also, the combat popup, while much better, still dominates the middle of the screen. It would be much better if it was on either far side, so that we can actually go through and click on the combats and see them. (Also, is the bug where the middle button popups staying on the screen known?)
