Options to Limit Tech tree so that Civs can have Legion Wars or Archer Wars or just tank fights.

it would be a very cool feature if you could set custom options per game to allow and disallow certain units or advancement beyond a certain point in the tech tree, or to disallow certain techs.

*click options for this before game starts*
*tech tree comes up*
*click things to highlight them red to disable them*
*click other things with different mouse click to highlight them green to make them researchable without their prerequisites*
*select units from list to ban*

that way you can just have giant wars with other civs with just legions or phalanx, or just tanks, or just airplanes.
