This thread was about oracles and the ranking agencies. This mechanism will allow players to impact on own citizens, like I will produce Great Library in ten turns. If that becomes truth, our ranking agency will got next rank. If this won't becomes truth, our ranking agency will lost rank. The bonus to our prophecy depends on this rank - yes, this mechanism would be something bigger than one simple meter.
Now go at the beginning - I tell world I would produce Great Library in ten turns. If my ranking agency/oracle/whatever have big rank, bonus to producing oracle will be big. If my ranking agency don't have big rank, bonus could be smaller. Rest of idea you can read in link given at beginning of this topic.
