Is it possible to add option of colour team tint for units image?
There is already "background colour", but it gives player colour, not team colour, and is rather impractical due to totally obscured tile view.
Here are example, what I meant by "colour tint":
(50% of blue or red tint applied).
Of course it should be done by some automatic graphical operations on original sprites.

If its a 2 parties game they could also be mirrored?

Not sure if mirroring is a good idea, what about tilesets with unit orientation?

There is no tinting in the graphics engine currently. I have been idly musing about adding some as a cheap way to get placeholder "programmer graphics" for new units to playtest them, but I've not done anything about it.
(You can of course make it be the team colour with "/set plrcolormode team_order", but your other objections are germane and you lose individual player colours entirely.)Wahazar wrote:There is already "background colour", but it gives player colour, not team colour
