AI vs Capturable and Bombarder flag

What would you like to see in Freeciv? Do you have a good idea what should be improved or how?

What i have noticed testing 3.0, is that a unit captured (on autoattack) by AI just stands still and waits when my military units nearby will have time to capture it back; in fact, it retains its moveent points, and I can use them to move it to a safer location but AI can't.
