What would you like to see in Freeciv? Do you have a good idea what should be improved or how?

The idea is about making happiness of our people by diplomatic decision and about flow to our people likes/dislikes another civilization.

First part of idea is meter of our people likes/dislikes another civilization. If another civilization declares for against us, our people more dislikes this civilization. If another civilization attack us or out city (or even conquer it), then our people more dislikes this civilization.

Second idea is about nationality. If people in some city are Russians and we gave gift to Russia, Russian people are more happy.

Third idea is about propaganda and constancy of government. This could been implemented like:
1) Multipliers
2) Civics (see Civilization IV/Civilization VI)

If we increase meter of our government likes some civilization, then we must make some favorable decision about this civilization. If we set meter to we don't like some civilization, then our people are more happy if we try to destroy some civilization. If we select decision not match our meters then our people and other players doesn'y likes us. Another aspect is to make like/dislikes meters visible by other players. If we prepare to war, then we propagate bad ideas about our war target and our target see that.

We must also discuss flow government types on maximum/minimum meter of likes/dislikes (propaganda). For example communism allows us to likes other country with communism government at high level, but democracy countries only at level 3. Also, communism allow us to dislikes other countries more, because it's government focused on mobilization.

What do you think about this ideas? In my opinion, that's makes humans behaves more likely like AI (AI also have likes meter, but now it's more realistic, base on game mechanic, etc.).

Also, player's meter could be restricted by culture he/she produces per turn. Propaganda effect should be more efficient if we produce more culture.
