Population Growth Indicator

Under the "demographics" tag, freeciv displays your population ranking compared to the other nations. While that informs you of your ranking, it does not inform you concerning whether your ranking is improving or declining relative to the other nations. Note that there is a research speed indicator. Besides your population rank relative to the other countries, I would also like to see an indicator for your population growth rate. That would allow you to determine if you are falling behind, staying the same, or growing in terms of population.
