Change in technology bonus

Currently in some ruleset player will gain free technology, when conquering cities.

I would change this - player wouldn't get technology, but only some percent of random technology victim knows, but player not. On each city conquer this would been random technology and technology won't be active even player get 100% of research it, but don't know each previous technology needed to discover this technology.

Another idea would be gaining some percent of random technology needed to build some unit, when player kill that unit. This was inspired by game XCom. We could use the same restrictions like situations, when got technology by conquering.

Bear in mind that they players/ai will randomly get tech that need for that unit if destroyed. So that means, if you havent researched any tech for say, legionarie, and then get hit from the village, and he being attacked by your enemy, he might or not get tech for that respective unit (in our case it's legionarie)

What im trying to say, early on, it would be counter effective to use unit you get from the village against your enemies, since they could get free tech for that unit and start producing him, and you could only watch as your cities beigh stomped without any good force to put against that unit.
