It would be nice to have a chance to win in diplomatic victory. In this victory type players vote to other player(vote to self wouldn't be allowed) and player, who gains most vote number wins, but before voting is enabled one player must build special wonder.
This differs from Civ5 voting system by disallowing to vote to self and allow to select player whom we would like to vote.
