New Server Option:The amount of small islands

What would you like to see in Freeciv? Do you have a good idea what should be improved or how?

New Server Option:The amount of small islands

I want to change an amount of small islands by server option.
Under the present server option,we can change only "mapsize" and "landmass".
Sometimes I need small islands scattered around the mainland,but sometimes don't need them.
