Use version control to maintain the provided gnuwin32

What would you like to see in Freeciv? Do you have a good idea what should be improved or how?

Use version control to maintain the provided gnuwin32

On the web page http://download.gna.org/freeciv/package ... /gnuwin32/ there are several 7zip folders containing the gnuwin32 environments. This is excellent for a windows newb like myself, but these 7zip files can be quite large, so is it possible to provide these packages via some version control? (It appears that you already use Mercury to maintain this on your computer).
