Circle buildings

Hi all,
I made some buildings icons, and I decided to share them. They're licensed under GPLv2+.
To make things more interesting, I don't tell which building it is… I'll be posting random buildings at random times for you to guess.
Let's start with an easy one:

Who said they should correspond to buildings from existing rulesets?

Trade food for gold: gold +25%, crop yield -1, 2 unhappy citizens after Ecology is discovered.

Nobody said, it matched something I recall. In the same spirit: This building is the mosque
requested here some years ago as alternative for the cathedral.
