Thanks for your input, these sprites looks much better than mine quickly done renders or repaints.
Maybe this tripod is unnecessary (for sprite, not for real sniper) because at the first glance it looks like machine gun part.
BTW, I started to make manual in freeciv wiki.
I'm not sure, what I should choose when I'm uploading images under GPL?
There is no such option, so I chosen 'another free licence', is it correct?
And where can I find links to gov.tribal and gov.federation sprites on freeciv wiki?

The original picture actually has a tripod. I often cut objects or ppl out of images and then interchange the pixels to give them the amplio look. Pictures only serve as templates. The rifle kind of got mixed with the tripod when bringing it down to 64x48. Gonna remove it probably and pronounce the sniper rifle better

Sand bags not important, just a kind of machine gun.
I need also graphics for Kon-Tiki raft - I didnt found any suitable models.
Because deep-ocean vessels require many techs, I have idea to allow making early but unique deep-sea ship for tribes/settlers,
which is available once Moai Statues small wonder was build.
