Ancients ruleset

Ancients ruleset has not been included in list of modpacks available via freeciv-modpack in 2.4.
Given how small number of modpacks we do have available with freeciv-modpack, I now think we probably should make it available that way again (for both 2.4 and 2.5). It's not like it would make it hard for user to choose high-quality modpacks from the sea of modpacks.
In any case, 2.5 version is currently available from my alternative modpack list you can use by starting modpack installer with commandline option "-L http://www.cazfi.net/freeciv/modinst/2.5/modpack.list"
