other Freeciv mods

Other than the mods available from the freeciv website and the ones available on cazfi web are there any other mods for freeciv?
Also beside the mentioned websites are there any more websites or forums for freeciv?

Some of the modpacks freeciv-modpack -utility provides for installation might not be available (at least the latest version) for manual download from the mentioned sites.
As for freeciv-2.4, the default list provided by freeciv-modpack is currently limited to the most polished ones only. I have secondary list you can use by starting freeciv-modpack with commandline option "-L
http://www.cazfi.net/freeciv/modinst/2.4/modpack.list".
