Re: Religions!
So long as the religions are primarily an arbitrary designation, and their actual name has no effects, it'd be a good expansion. The only major divide I could see being important is whether the religion is polytheistic, monotheistic, atheistic, or otherwise, in which case it would change which build...

Re: Grendel's Freeciv Goodies
Wow that units.png is amazing! Would me using those be GPLv2+ compliant? (Did you make them and are allowing them to be used, or did you collect and/or convert them from something else? If they are from somewhere else, are they GPLv2+ licensed?) [I don't really know anything about this, but freeciv ...

New Terrain and misc.
First, how does one add new terrain into the game? In a tileset I mean. Re: Art required for freeciv proper
What about having 2 different inaccessible tiles? One like this, and the other a simple black tile. Have the 'border' inaccessible tiles be this design, but the ones behind the border be a solid black.

Re: Another Wishlist
Hmmm, another couple things have come to mind. The first is an enlarged hex set(two or three times scale) that can use the nice Amplio units and cities. My own attempts have all failed due to blending when resizing them. (winding up with a whitish or magentish outline. Rather unfortunate since I thi...

Re: Another Wishlist
Ah, not exactly the right effect. Granary sets it to 50% of the new amount when you grow, or disturbingly, when you shrink, instead of maintaining how much you had before. And obviously if you shrink, you'd continue shrinking every turn since you'd still have 0 food.
