Re: Freeciv-manual.exe putters!

I'm talking about the building chart in the 'this one' link.
Here's how it looks in my FireFox.

Re: Freeciv-manual.exe putters!

I can understand your priorities allright. But these "minor" things are important to a lot of newbies, even to not so-newbies. That's where we could come in. Fer inztanz: I have been updating the "Terrain Values" from workers to engineers. From older versions to the Amplio series...

Re: Grendel's Freeciv Goodies

I have the same problem. The flags must be declared somewhere, but I don't where.
For png files -flags & Icons- I use PSP, Gimp and anything that falls into my hands.
I create the flags/shields and then move them INTO the blank series that I found in a earlier version of Freeciv.

Re: Where Are the Specialists?

In single player, if the city's center produces more than two, I just send a bunch of workers and mine it, swamp it or hill it at the center square. It's a longish method but it works.

Re: Place to keep art resources relevant to Freeciv

Aahg! Thanks Cazfi, but that programming is way above my head. I even downloaded the GTK3 tutorial but what the heck? I'm looking for that grey/silver theme that was called 'something (windows)', and maybe a version compatible with recent versions of Freeciv. As someone said, it was much f...

Re: Celts everywhere!

thank you, mister moderator. Wish I knew how to do that! :o

In the rtf file, the franks flags & shields look ok to me...

In the moderator's version, the frankish flags & shields are useless. So it's better to download the rtf file?

Re: Place to keep art resources relevant to Freeciv

So it WAS called 'Windows' theme...
Is it available for recent versions of FreeCiv?
What about the 'Realism' Tileset?
