[new mode] Storyliine

In this mode spectators will have power to change things by voting. They will obtain power to spawning units(barbarian/animals) or invoking disasters, giving gold to player, decide about awards from hut and making a lot more.

Another way to solve killstack problems is creating battle groups and source tile. Source tile is changes, when unit attack or moved. When moved source tile is set to previous unit tile. I think that spies should been visible as merchants(caravans) and there's special military units visible as caravans.

Yes - my patch doesn't realize this, but I link to comment describing problem.

If I found spare of time, I would prepare a patch. Should I create new macros(with different names) or change existing one?

Policies are way to tradeof one variable by other, like science output by happiness, so decreasing science output will increase happiness and vice-versa.
